JOB TITLE: Digital Media Supervisor

Primarily responsible for providing innovative digital recommendations, collaborating on thoughtful plan development, and overseeing the buying process to ensure flawless execution of department projects.


• Organizes/manages workflow; coordinates with digital buyers in order to fulfill all media research, training, planning, buying, campaign reporting and optimization activities
• Acts as a supervisory checkpoint for digital recommendations and campaign performance reports that are sent to clients/creative partners
• Expected to have considerable media depth in online display, online video, mobile, streaming audio, PPC display (NorBella does not manage in house), multi-screen viewing, paid and emerging digital platforms
• Manages relationship with 3rd party ad server and other partnerships (PPC search provider, ad network partnership, preventative software, Evidon, etc.)
• Is the source of knowledge of all the day to day details on all digital accounts
• Works with media directors to integrate digital with other media channels as part of integrated media plan development
• Trains and motivates digital team members, helps to prioritize and manage work load
• Collaborates with the Director of Operations on workflow process for media authorizations, budget summaries, client invoices, media invoices and reconciliation
• Works with founder/president and media directors to determine the future growth path for digital planners and traffickers
• Participates in new business pitches as necessary
• Acts as an ambassador for NorBella by keeping up on media trends, attending industry events and inspiring client/creative partner confidence in our knowledge, experience, and passion
• Actively meets with digital reps on an on-going basis to keep up to date with trends and the digital landscape
• Works in collaboration with the content team and understands how paid and earned social work together

• 7+ years in a digital media planning/buying role at an agency or client with an in-house digital team
