JOB TITLE – Office Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Not one of us is smarter than all of us and talented teams excel when operations run smoothly.  The Office Manager is friendly, energetic and keeps us organized by paying attention to important details. They are passionate about organization and order and thrive in a busy fast paced and fun environment. Primarily responsible for overall front office activities, management of day to day office operations, providing finance support to the CFO and Director of Operations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reception tasks including but not limited to answering phones, greeting guests, receiving packages and opening and distributing mail and packages
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies
  • Trouble shooting copier and phone issues with customer support
  • Online organization of server files and important client contracts
  • Update important internal documents
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Order lunch for company meetings and assist planning company events and outings
  • Track vacation time requests and internal team calendar
  • Support CFO working in QuickBooks to enter vendor bills
  • Follow up and manage vendor inquiries on bill payments
  • This is a full time position
