Hello 2016! It’s a New Year and you know what that means: it’s time to set New Year’s resolutions! The gym will be the busiest it’s been in months, as people commit to being better versions of themselves this upcoming year. I will no longer eat queso and chips and binge watch Netflix, and will drag myself to the gym. While most decide the New Year is a time to reflect and focus on what bad habits you are going to give up, we decided to focus on what we are NOT giving up…
