Yoga Thoughts While We Namaste
January 06, 2016
The philosophy of yoga was built off the principals of isolation, meditation, and introspection. These Hindu teachings aim to help yogis find their inner strength, use the breath to find self-awareness, and create a union between mind, body, and spirit. Yoga teachers encourage yogis to release any negative thoughts and tune out the outside world– but sometimes your shirt is riding up, you’re sweating out of every pore, and you can’t even figure out how you twisted your way into pigeon pose. It can be hard to stay zen when you have the day’s thoughts buzzing around in your head, so we thought it would be fun to know what our Norbella yogis think about while they Namaste.
