Norbella Recent Eats: Our Favorite Meals (June)
June 20, 2017
Here at Norbella we take our food very seriously. We’re rounding up our latest and greatest meals around Boston and providing recommendations on the dishes you just can’t miss:
One of our staff members recently attended the open house celebration at the Ames Hotel held to announce their renovation.
In The Library on the 1st floor; a New England raw bar was provided by Island Creek Oysters and caviar and champagne at what will be new restaurant; Cultivar.
On the second floor; a Spring garden, on the ninth floor to The Apartment where it was all bourbon, bacon, and bao and lastly, the stunning suite on the 12th floor for dessert.
South End based Parisian wine bar Frenchie offers all the French comforts we know and love; charcuterie, buttery escargot, delectable french fries and of course rosé.
Nestled in the back is a beautiful solarium that allows diners to enjoy their meal under the sun or stars.
Dishes you can’t miss: the baby kale salad, escargot toast, salt cod croquettes, and mussels.
A Cambridge based restaurant focused on small-plates chock full of globally inspired dishes.
We enjoyed indulgent comforts like chocolate chip cookie-dough and pizza bagels alongside creative fusions like matzo ball ramen and kimchi fried rice.
One of the most innovative restaurants to arrive in Cambridge, PAGU offers a seamless mix of Japanese and Spanish tapas.
Vegetarians and carnivores alike can find dishes to delight their pallette, from Romesco and Friends (caramelized carrots, baby potatoes and alliums), to Txipirones a la Plancha; baby squid with caramelized onions.
Stayed tuned for more on where we’re eating around the city, and feel free to leave suggestions of your favorite recent eats in the comments!
