IPA's & Food Trucks. Don’t Mind if we do

What’s summer without a company outing and an excuse to eat, drink, and get competitive? We recently held our summer outing at Trillium Brewing Company in Canton, MA.
Located just south of Boston, the open brewery concept has both a tasting room and a spacious counter for purchasing their sought-after hoppy IPAs.
Lunch was served with a visit from two local food trucks. The team enjoyed Middle Eastern cuisine prepared with local ingredients from The Chubby Chickpea and delicious flame-broiled burgers with bacon infused ketchup by Daddy’s Bonetown Burgers!
We highly suggest the Free Rise Citra Dry Hopped Saison and the Mosaic Cutting Tiles Double IPA. In between tastings, we played cornhole, jumbo sized Jenga, and some hilarious rounds of Heads Up.
Teammates Kevin and Phil beat coworkers Evan and Jake in a heated best of three corn hole series, and it will come as no surprise that our team dominated the brand and food categories in Heads up!

The Trillium Brewing summer event couldn’t have worked out more perfectly for me as it fell on the Thursday of my first week at Norbella. Throughout the interview process, I was consistently told that Norbella exemplified “Work Hard, Play Hard.”
I had heard this throughout my interview process, as every company I had spoken with also coined the phrase – so I hadn’t thought much of it at the time. Fast forward four days in, I am enjoying a new favorite coffee brewed stout called “PM Dawn American” and playing cornhole against the president of the company.
Norbella is no doubt an advocate of the “work hard, play hard” environment. But what I will take away most from my first summer event is the genuine family culture here at Norbella and how it contributes to their continued success. [Evan Wade, Planning Assistant]
Thank you to the Trillium crew for your hospitality and the custom sign! Trillium is expanding, and plans include a full-service restaurant, patio, two-level brewery and potentially even a roof deck in 2018!
