Stephanie Noris
President, Principal
Stephanie’s unbridled enthusiasm and media ‘know how’ has earned her the trust of clients, the respect of peers, and a reputation throughout the industry as someone who relentlessly works for ways to drive results, creativity and success stories.
Prior to launching NorBella, Steph was a senior media executive at Wallwork Curry McKenna, PGR Media, Arnold Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi Direct and Wunderman Cato Johnson. In addition to her current client roster, Stephanie’s diverse account experience includes AT&T, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Volkswagen, The Hartford Insurance, David Yurman, Bertucci’s and Johnston & Murphy.
When not working, Steph spends her time with her beautiful girls Lucy and Lizzie, cooking for friends and family and trying to get laundry done! Steph also serves on the Board of Directors at Blackstone Valley Prep in Rhode Island where both girls attend school.
Mike LaBella
Director of Media, Principal
Throughout his career in media, Mike has always strived for new ways to measure success on everything he manages. Mike leads the team in managing the day to day strategies, research, and target and market analysis for NorBella clients including Constant Contact, Lahey Clinic and Highliner Foods.
Mike’s experience encompasses both branding and direct media and marketing. This blended background is perfect for today’s media landscape where measurable engagement is critical to success. Mike has worked for clients such as: Tommy Hilfiger, Talbots, Johnston & Murphy, American Legacy/Truth, Volkswagen, Fidelity Investments, Caritas Christi Hospitals, Citizens Bank, Red Envelope, Razorgator.com.
When he’s not in the office you can find Mike at the Garden rooting on the Boston Bruins or at the Cask ‘n Flagon covertly rooting for his home team, the NY Jets. He’s a business and sport ‘nerd’ with an untapped urge for travel.
Bob Deininger
Media Director
Bob wakes every morning inspired by the challenge of helping NorBella’s clients navigate the changing media landscape and connect with customers. He is a marketing expert with a specialty for integrating digital (display, search, mobile, online video) and offline (broadcast, print, out of home) media channels.
His twenty years of marketing and media experience includes positions at D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles in New York, Arnold Worldwide, Hill Holliday, and as a principal at Fulgent Media Group. At Fulgent, Bob was part of the team that profitably grew the company for a sale to Alloy Media + Marketing in 2008.
Bob has served as a trusted advisor for both B2C and B2B marketers such as Procter & Gamble, Kraft General Foods, Gillette, American Express, Fleet Financial, Pfizer, American Skiing Company, Standard & Poor’s, and Teradyne.
In his free time, Bob spends time pursuing his passions of family, trail running, volunteer work, and history.
Jessica Carmona
Media Director
Jessica brings a unique media background and an infectious sense of humor to NorBella. Jess started her career as a spot broadcast buyer at Boston’s Blitz Media, honing her negotiating skills. As the internet began to change the media landscape, Jessica transitioned into digital where she was able to leverage her buying and analytic skills for such clients as Comcast, Zipcar & WGBH-TV.
In 2007, Jessica joined NorBella as lead online strategist and planning supervisor and excels at bringing unique opportunities while also ensuring they are measurable, memorable and efficient. She actively accesses the marketplace, always looking to stay ahead of the pack. Jessica has implemented integrated campaigns for such clients as AAA of Southern New England, Arbella, Symmons, Tata Brands, Wellness & Lahey Clinic
Greg Angland
Media Director
Greg has worked throughout his career to bring media creativity and the highest level of service to clients. Prior to joining NorBella, Greg spent fifteen years at Boston ‘s Blitz Media as a SVP, leading both the Account Management and Broadcast teams. Throughout his career at Blitz Media, he focused on broadcast and account management and rose as the media landscape became more fragmented and the agency changed in size and scope.
Greg’s marketing, media strategy, planning and buying experience encompasses multiple categories including electronics (retail and direct to consumer), casual and quick-serve dining, financial, entertainment, home furnishings and automotive. He has worked with local and national brands alike, such as: Bose, Tweeter, Cumberland Farms, Uno Restaurants, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Legal Sea Foods, T.D. Bank, Rockland Trust, Jordan’s Furniture and New England Volvo.
He spends his free time with his wife, two boys and German Shepard. When he has free time he loves to play guitar and listen to live music. Greg is a member of the leadership committee of One Mission, a childhood cancer foundation dedicated to enhancing the lives of pediatric cancer patients and their families. He is also an active leader of MENG, (Marketing Executives Networking Group), and a speaker at media and marketing conferences and a regular contributor to industry trade publications.
Kevin Webb
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin brings a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to NorBella, with over 20 years’ experience in accounting and finance serving the technology, financial services, manufacturing, real estate and media sectors.
Formerly CFO for NetTeks Technology Consultants and Hybrivet Systems, he was responsible for strategic planning, implementing financial procedures and metrics, and management of senior-level banking, legal, insurance and tax-provider relationships. He has held key financial positions with Thomson Financial, Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc., Charles River Park Management Corporation, and Berkshire Reality Company. Kevin holds a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Stonehill College.
Kevin is passionate about his family and community, active in youth sports and is on the Board of Directors for the Melrose National Little League.
