For the past 11 years Stephanie’s passion for setting the bar where she wants it has resulted in making Norbella who we are today. She now dedicates her time overseeing the senior leadership team and collaborates with VPs to ensure client and employee satisfaction.
Jessica ensures and enforces that the entire agency is working, executing and acting in line with the company's vision. She bridges the gap between analytics and strategy to ensure that all outputs are data-informed and infused with creativity.
Bob oversees Norbella’s digital and analytics service offerings. He provides thought leadership and strategic guidance for all existing and emerging digital media initiatives. Bob has over 30 years of experience and has worked on a variety of accounts across almost every industry.
Greg acts as an ongoing resource to account teams to engage with our clients on their business and goals. He works to develop and maintain superior client relationships, as well as deepen our partnership and connection at all levels of clients' organization.
Kevin has been with Norbella as the CFO since our inception back in 2009. He oversees and directs both the financial and contractual responsibilities for the agency. Kevin brings close to 30 years of financial experience and has a passion for working in the advertising industry.
Teresa has been at the forefront of emerging media and working with clients to navigate the convergence of offline and online channels across video and audio. She brings over 20 years’ experience to broadcast, and has extensive experience across a multitude of categories.
Phil brings over 12 years of experience in search and digital marketing, as well as his passion for how emerging digital tools impact the way we live, interact and work. Phil oversees the Platform Team at Norbella, encompassing self-serve digital media including paid search, paid social, online video, native, and programmatic media.
Libby integrates marketing and business analytics into our digital strategies to provide insight into media effectiveness and ensure data-driven decision making every step of the way. She brings experience across a wide range of industries including education, fast casual, healthcare, and more.
