Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION
We do not settle for easy so that we are able to deliver extraordinary results. The analyst plays a vital role helping with the delivery, monitoring, and reporting of campaigns for various clients. This role is fully immersed in working with data and will define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. The Analyst will work closely with data management partners and internal media teams. This role will learn from and report to our Associate Director of Analytics.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in developing campaign measurement strategies for clients across a wide range of industries
Maintain existing client reports and dashboards through extracting, transforming, loading and blending data from multiple sources, while maintaining strict standards for data quality and accuracy
Collaborate with data management partners and internal media teams to perform detailed quality assurance reviews of data models
Assist in defining and implementing clear tracking plans via Google Campaign Manager, platforms, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, etc.
Develop clear documentation to ensure continuity and redundancies
Collaborate with cross-agency teams to develop data-driven insights and recommendations, optimize media performance, and identify opportunities to deliver added value and enhance client relationships
Execute test designs and ad hoc analyses
Utilize a variety of web analytics, data management and B.I. tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, Google Tag Manager, Tableau etc.)

REQUIRED SKILLS KNOWDEGE & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Economics, Statistics, Business or a related STEM field
0-2 years of data analytics experience at an agency or on in-house client team preferred
Open to recent grads with analytics internship experience or relevant coursework/certifications
Experience with data manipulation and analysis (familiarity with Excel, SQL, Tableau or other BI tools a plus)
Some familiarity with digital media campaigns and channels (paid search, display, social, etc.) preferred
Datorama experience a plus
